RAIMENT OF GRACE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL TERMS; CONTRACTUAL PARTIES
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Raiment Of Grace online store (referred to as “Raiment Of Grace,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) by any customer (referred to as “Customer” or “you”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Any additional or differing terms provided by the Customer will not be binding unless expressly accepted by Raiment Of Grace in writing.
2. CUSTOMER ORDERS
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete and that you are the authorized user of the payment method used.
2.2 Orders are accepted only from individuals who are 18 years or older with a valid U.S. residential shipping address. Orders must be for personal use and not for resale or commercial purposes.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 Product listings on our website do not constitute binding offers. Your order represents a binding offer to purchase. Receipt of your order will be confirmed via email (“Order Acknowledgment”), but this does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when we send a separate order confirmation or ship the goods.
3.2 We reserve the right to limit quantities to household levels.
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS
4.1 Orders are processed and shipped after full payment is received.
4.2 Shipping is only available to valid U.S. addresses (no PO Boxes).
4.3 Shipping costs are disclosed during checkout.
4.4 You are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising your right to cancel. Returned items must be received in original condition. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
5.1 All prices are in U.S. Dollars and include any applicable sales tax, excluding shipping unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options listed at checkout. Raiment Of Grace may limit payment options for any order.
5.3 Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and your data will be securely transmitted and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
6.1 Title to products transfers to the Customer upon full payment. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
To cancel: Email hello@raimentofgrace.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Issued within 14 days of receiving returned items, minus any applicable shipping charges. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
8. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.
9. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Products are sold “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Product photos may include props or accessories not included in the sale. In case of discrepancies, the written product description governs.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raiment Of Grace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price paid. This limitation applies to all claims, including those based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or internet outages.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Springfield, PA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
13. PROMOTIONS AND VOUCHERS
Promotional codes or vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined or applied to past orders unless stated otherwise. Specific terms may apply per promotion.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and trademarks on the Raiment Of Grace website are the property of Raiment Of Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written consent.
15. UPDATES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
